Additional Property Attributes

The Property is currently occupied by a vacant theatre building and an associated parking lot. The Property was first developed for residences in the mid-1800s. The southwestern half of the Property was occupied by a church in the late 1800s to mid 1900s followed by a gasoline service station until the late 1970s. A theatre with a commercial business section was built on the northeastern portion of the Property in 1891. Three Identified Areas (IAs) were identified during this Phase I PA: i) historic on-site printing operations, ii) a historic on-site gasoline service station, and iii) historic off-site adjacent automobile repair and maintenance garage.

Former Use: Property is occupied by a vacant theatre building and associated parking lot. Property was first developed residential in the mid-1800s. Wouthwestern half of Property was occupied by a service station from circa 1950 - late 1970s. The theatre building with a commercial portion - historically occupied by a printing company was constructed in 1891.
