Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The northern half of the site consists of a 96 square foot shed, chain-link fencing and equipment from its former use as a truck stop. This equipment includes a 1,500 AST, filling stations and an oil/water treatment system associated with a car wash. The southern half of the property is undeveloped with a mix of grass, woodland and wooded swampland. The site operated as a truck stop from 1983-1999. The site was part of the adjacent northern parcel until being subdivided in 2009. The site was undeveloped prior to 1983. The site is owned by Ngoc Pham Beamon since 1999.
