Property Highlights

The property was formerly occupied by Hartford Metal Products, a metal stamping company. Infrastructure exists for a new industrial company to occupy the site. The industrial portion of the property consists of a warehouse/office building and surrounding paved parking areas. The property also consists of wooded and vegetated land.

Former Use: The property is currently owned by HMP Realty, LLC. Hartford Metal Products, a metal stamping company for the automotive industry, has been the only occupant of the on-site building. Hartford Metal Products vacated the property in February 2009, and the property has been unoccupied since then. Chemicals such as stamping oils, synthetic oils, and petroleum based oils were used at the property. Excess oil from site operations was collected into in-ground troughs and pits in the warehouse. The on-site building was built in 1996. Prior to construction of the on-site building, the property was agricultural land.
