Additional Property Attributes

All detected levels of lead and arsenic were below residential MRBCA RBTLs and within typical background ranges for lead and arsenic in Dunklin County. There were no detections of pesticides or herbicides in any of the samples.

Former Use: The site is currently vacant and the site was previously used as farmland (since 1943). Operations in the general vicinity of the site include vacant lots and several commercial businesses. The City of Malden is interested in developing the site as an industrial park.
