Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in April 2012 (per ASTM E1527-05), RECs have been identified based on historical land use that may have included petroleum storage, fertilizer storage, pesticide/herbicide use and metals associated with the former railroad. A Phase II ESA revealed soil and groundwater impacts above regulatory cleanup criteria. Soil impacts included chromium, chlordane and benzo(a)pyrene and TRPH. Groundwater impacts included nitrate and chlordane.

Former Use: The site was vacant/undeveloped at the time of the Phase I assessment. The site historically contained numerous railroad tracks and structures associated with the former ice plant that was situated primarily on the adjacent site to the north.
