Additional Property Attributes

Formerly tax delinquent property. Assessment funds utilized to conduct Phase I and Phase II. As a result of the Phase II a finding of "no aciton required" was assigned to the site buy the WI Department of Natural Resources. The assessment funds allowed the closing of a property transaction and subsequent redevelopment of the property.

Former Use: The Property land use was residential until 1976, when the existing structure was constructed for use as Ziebart Auto Service. Ziebart Auto Service operated at the Property until circa 2002, when the property was purchased by Greg and Jodi Ellious, LLC and converted to a used car dealership. The car dealership remained until circa 2005, when it began use as Cranberry Creek antiques and consignment. The Property most recently was tax delinquent and for sale. In January 2012 a company purchased the Property and it was redeveloped for use as a auto repair shop.
