Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is currently unoccupied. There are no structures on the Property. There is an asphalt paved area along the eastern Property boundary that. A sunken area with concrete debris, formerly the scale house/office building for the coal storage yard, is located to the west of the asphalt. There are shallow depressions on the southern portion of the Property that contained standing water, presumably from recent rainfall events. A pile of tires is located near the eastern Property boundary and wooden debris is located throughout the Property. The majority of the Property is covered in coal debris, but there are also areas of grass, gravel, and asphalt. Prior uses of the Property include a steel foundry and coal storage yard. The current owner is listed as Sam and Joyce Emmert. They acquired the Property from Barbara Pollom in 1998. Several private land owners were on file since 1950.
