Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site appears to have been vacant from at least as early as 1928, until it was developed with a small commercial building between 1953 and 1955. The use of the building is unknown from the date of construction until 1958, when city directory listings identify the property as an appliance repair business. Sometime between 1974 and 1989, the building appears to have been expanded to resemble its present-day configuration. The Site building has remained in use as a commercial building from 1958 to the present, housing a variety of retail and office uses (fishing and gun store, barber shop, answering service, debt relief service, plumbing business and construction office).
