Additional Property Attributes

The Site appears to have been developed sometime prior to 1928 with a rectangular-shaped building and unpaved driveway. Sometime between 1939 and 1946, a small rectangular structure of unknown use was constructed on the Site; this building was removed sometime between 1946 and 1953. Sometime between 1953 and 1963, the northwest half of the L- shaped building currently onsite was constructed. Between 1963 and 1974, the southeast half of the building currently onsite was constructed. The use of this building was first identified as Vista Motor Imports in 1955 in the city directory. Prior uses of this building are identified as a real estate office, tractor repair, firestone auto services, and various tire stores.
