Additional Property Attributes

The open LUST case at the Site address of 648 South Santa Fe Avenue is considered a REC in conjunction with the Site. The Site appears to have been developed sometime between 1953 and 1963 with a commercial building at the northwest quarter of the Site and a gasoline filling station at the southwest three quarters of the site. The use of this portion of the Site addressed 648 South Santa Fe Avenue was first identified as Ike�s Richfield Service in 1955 in the city directory and has listings consistent with filling stations in 1958, 1970, and 1975. The use of the building at 642 South Santa Fe Avenue was first identified as Evan�s Electric in 1958 in the city directory. Other uses of this building at 642 South Santa Fe Avenue are identified as a typewriter store, a blueprint printing service, a telephone accessory store, and a car audio store.
