Additional Property Attributes

The site has been redeveloped into the Von Maur site - a commercial space. The Phase I assessment area totaled 7.4 acres. The report concluded 1) additional investigation was not recommended and 2) If suspect contaminated materials were encountered during construction, it was recommended those materials be handled in accordance with the existing Iowa River Landing Media Management Plan dated May 4, 2011.
