Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 14.52 acre site consists of an industrial building, detention pond and gravel parking areas. The northern and southern portions of the site are undeveloped wooded land. The four-story industrial building, built in 1998, contains a silo. The building was most recently occupied by Weldon Pallet Company which repaired wooden pallets. Prior to Weldon Pallet, the building was used for the manufacture of plastic pellets for fuel which included waste fly ash. The site was undeveloped for at least from 1959 to 1998.
