Additional Property Attributes

Property consists of a 5600sf single-story commercial building and parking area on approximately 1.2 acres. REC: Historical industrial use as part of wood preserving operations.

Former Use: The Property is improved with a 5,600-square-foot, single-story building originally constructed in 1973. 1938 This aerial indicates that the Property and surrounding area is being used for industrial purposes Wood Preserving). Industrial buildings are present immediately east of the Property location. Rail spurs and piles of logs are located northwest, north and southeast of the Property location. The Hersey River is located to the northeast. Farms and agricultural land are present to the southeast and north. Residential and commercial land is present to the west. 1952 This aerial indicates that the industrial activities on and around the Property have ceased. A few of the industrial buildings remain to the east of the property. Lincoln Avenue is not present. The Hersey River is located to the northeast. Farms and agricultural land are present to the southeast and north. Residential and commercial land is present to the west. 1958 Lincoln Avenue has been extended to the east. A few of the industrial buildings are still present.The Property appears to be vacant with a disturbed land surface. Industrial buildings are present to the north and northwest of the property. 1965 The Property is vacant land. A dirt road is present to the south of the Property location. Buildings(City Garage) have been added to the west. 1972 The Property is vacant. Additional development has occurred to the east Wastewater Treatment Plant). The industrial facility to the northwest has expanded. 1981 The building on the Property is present. Additional buildings are present on the industrial property to the northwest. Additional development has occurred on the wastewater treatment plant to the east/northeast.
