Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is referred to by the owner as the Coker Avenue Warehouse. The subject property is bordered to the north by Coker College office buildings, east by Coker Avenue and a vacant lot beyond, west by commercial properties and to the south by City of Hartsville park property.The subject property is comprised of a single parcel owned by Hartsville Oil Mill of Darlington, South Carolina. The subject property was formerly used primarily for bailed cotton storage. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the building formerly occupying the subject property was in the final stage of demolition. Present at the subject property was the building�s concrete pad and several piles of demolition debris.

Former Use: The subject property was formerly occupied by a cotton warehouse. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the structures formerly comprising the subject property were in an advanced state of demolition.The property was formerly used primarily for bailed cotton storage.Present at the subject property was the building�s concrete pad and several piles of demolition debris.
