Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is comprised of two parcels owned by Coker College. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the western parcel (056-07-01-044) is occupied by a single building used by Coker College�s grounds maintenance department and the eastern parcel (056-07-01-045) is occupied by a single building used by Coker College for general storage which was formerly a medical office.

Former Use: The building was observed to be constructed with wood siding exterior walls on a concrete slab floor with an asphalt shingled roof. The interior of the building was constructed with sheet-rock walls and ceilings with vinyl tile and carpet flooring.The building was observed to be constructed with brick and block walls on a concrete slab floor with an asphalt shingled roof. An addition had been added to the eastern section of building constructed with metal walls and roof with a concrete slab floor. The first floor of the building was used for the storage of landscaping equipment and supplies, furniture, and other miscellaneous items
