Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on a review of historical sources, the Site appears to have been developed with a small building of unknown use beginning sometime before 1928. The building was removed between 1946 and 1953, with the present day building constructed before 1963. The tenant of the building is unknown from the construction date until 1971, when the earliest available city directory records reported the presence of Cabaret, suggesting an entertainment establishment. Other report tenants have included Cartridge Shop, Mendez Sewing, and the present day Joyeria Morelia jewelry store.
