Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on a review of aerial photographs, historical topographic maps, historical fire insurance maps, city directories, library research, Chain of Title Search, and discussions with Mr. Rob and David Rost, the Property appears to have been developed in the late 1800s as a fire brick refractory. According to Mr. Rob Rost, the current owner, the original facility was demolished and rebuilt in 1972. The current owner purchased the Property in 1984 and later closed the fire brick refractory in 1992. Since then the Property has been vacant with the exception of the garage that is currently leased by Mr. Rick Workman and used for general storage purposes.
