Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on a review of aerial photographs, historical topographic maps, historical fire insurance maps, city directories, library research, Chain of Title Search, and discussions with Mr. Stillwagon, the Property appears to have been developed in the late 1800s as a bank. According to Sanborn fire insurance maps, the original building was demolished and rebuilt in 1906. According to the chain of title search the current owner, Yea-Yea, Inc. took ownership of the Property on January 31, 1996. A discussion of the buildings and use are discussed in the section below.
