Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of one (1) parcel containing 1.7 acres and is located on the east side of 8th Avenue between East 32nd Street and East 34th Street. The property is an undeveloped, grass-covered lot that is currently unused. The subject property was initially developed prior to 1901 with a knitting mill, which operated until approximately 1940. Historical records document that the knitting mill building was later used as a warehouse from at least 1950 until the building was demolished in 1997. The Former Chris Craft facility next door used the northern portion of the site to test boats in a shallow pool area
