Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property encompasses approximately 15.5 acres of land and is improved with an approximately 136,000 square feet vacant manufacturing facility, which includes four separate structures. The subject property also contains concrete/asphalt parking lots and drives, a guardhouse and limited landscaped areas. Construction of the current on-site improvements began in 1979 and was completed in approximately 1996. At the time of this assessment the facility is unoccupied. The most recent occupant of the subject property was Dura Automotive. Dura Automotive owned the subject property from approximately 1992 until 2009. Dura Automotive used the subject property to manufacture automotive components (regulating systems for windows, latches and locks). The subject property is located in an area characterized by commercial, recreational and residential properties.
