Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 0.67 acre parcel contains a building previously used as a convenience store and gasoline station. The building consists of block and wood walls and was also utilized for auto repairs. Three ASTs are located along the northern property boundary and a kerosene tank on the north side of the building. Elton Gardner, Randy Gardner and Vikki Reynolds have owned the site since the mid-1970s. Dorothy Lucas was a prior owner of the site.
