Additional Property Attributes

Property is highlighted by an historic former dairy plant, which closed in the mid-2000s. The historic portion of the building will be reused for a portion of the commercial space and 16 of the 58 new housing units proposed for the site. A new building will also be built on site. Redevelopment areas are estimated, and do not include underground parking.

Former Use: NE portion of site occupied by filling/service station btwn circa 1920 and the mid-1970, Auto repair on SE portion of site from 1991 - 2008. Majority of site occupied by dairy processing plant from 1912 - 2008.
