Additional Property Attributes

Terracon visually assessed for asbestos-containing materials (ACMs). Suspect ACMs including drywall, spray-applied pop-corn ceiling texture, troweled texture, vinyl floor tile and mastic, ceramic tile grout and adhesive, wall paneling adhesive, and roofing materials were observed. These materials were generally observed to be in good condition during the site reconnaissance with the exception of some minor water damage (drywall) in several areas.

Former Use: The site is located on the north side of Highway 64 at Nemo Bridge (on the west side of Pomme de Terre Lake) in Pittsburg, MO. The site is located on a single tract of land approximately 83,345.36 square feet (sf) or 1.936 /- acres in size and is developed with two (2) permanent one-story buildings , one six-bay steel building (storage), one 14?x80? Fleetwood mobile home (office/residence), three (3) travel trailer type homes, and one 12?x60? foot mobile home that is rented on an annual basis. The site is currently occupied by Nemo Bridget Resort. The site was first developed with the two permanent buildings in 1965. Prior to that, the site was undeveloped land. Since its original development, various temporary and small buildings were added in the 1990?s. The current site owner has been Husby Enterprises, LLC since September 2009.
