Additional Property Attributes

The site appears to have been used as a garage facility in the 1970s. A subsurface investigation was recommended to determine the possible impact from the former onsite garage activities.

Former Use: The site is located on a single tract of land approximately 38,793 square feet (sf) in size and is developed with two, two-story apartment buildings. One building, constructed in 1976, houses eight units and the second building, constructed in 1983, houses four units. A concrete parking lot is located along the north side of the eight unit building and between the two buildings, and has space available for approximately 25 total vehicles (lot is unmarked). The complex has an estimated rentable/gross area of 8,012 square feet (sf). Based on a review of the historical information, the southern portion of the site appears to have been developed with a rectangular structure from the late-1950s to the mid-1970s. The existing apartment buildings were constructed in 1976 and 1983. According to the city directories, Stones Garage was present on the site in 1975 and 1978. Base on the findings from the Phase I assessment, completed in July 2012, a subsurface investigation was recommended to assess if the site has been impacted from the former onsite garage activities. No further assessment was pursued by the property owner.
