Former Use: The site is currently operated as Magic Coin Laundry Building and covers a land area approximately 14,720 sf or 0.3379 /- acres. The site contains a one-story commercial building with concrete parking area for 15 vehicles. Previous uses of the site include financial services agencies and a construction company. The site was purchased by Chuck Gray in 1999. A Phase I assessment, completed in June 2012, recommended no further investigation.
