Additional Property Attributes

The City as Grant recipient has championed this site to developers, interested in either refurbishing the building for beneficial use or redeveloping the site. PPF attached to QR 3, 4/1/06-6/30/06 Former Use: An inner city property consisting of a 10 story abandoned hotel. The building is a concrete frame structure, built in approximately 1929. The hotel has been vacant since the early 1980s, and as a result is in dilapidated condition with most of the windows broken out.
