Additional Property Attributes

The property is situated in a relatively flat area characterized by residential and commercial land uses. The property is a vacant former Clark filling station. An approximately 800-square foot convenience store building is located on the southeast portion of the property and two pump islands and associated canopy are located on the central portion of the Property. Two metal d storage sheds were located on the southeast and northeast portions of the property. Exterior areas around the building consist of concrete paved areas, grass covered areas and stored vehicles.
