Additional Property Attributes

The property is bounded on the north by Floyd Elementary School, on the east by an undeveloped portion of the Artesia subdivision, on the south by the property where rapid infiltration basins are located, and on the west by residential properties. The site is enclosed by chain link fence, with concrete block wall in portions, and access through a locking gate. The 600,000 gallon per day waste water treatment plant is located on the site. Chlorine is stored in a trailer-mounted tank under a one-day shade structure. There is a building on site housing pumping and control systems, automotive and household-type chemicals in small quantities, equipment such as all-terrain vehicles, and an office.
