Additional Property Attributes

The property is a former residential site (currently undeveloped/vacant - as of 2012). RECs have been identified as part of a Phase I ESA based on an adjacent dry cleaning facility and an on-site creek that connects to the dry cleaner, a railroad track and a former adjacent agricultural site. Phase 2 activities revealed low-level PAH impacts to soil, but attributable to the urban setting, and not an indication of on-site release. As such, no additional assessment was recommended.
