Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: This property was developed for industrial use from at least 1920. Industries using the property included a bag and paper manufacturer, a shoe company, a paper mill and packaging manufacturers. A building with a railroad siding was present on the property since at least 1920. Use of the property by various industrial businesses are likely to have included large quantities of petroleum products (fuel oil, hydraulic oil, grease, paint, solvents, etc.). The presence of the rail spur may have resulted in deposition of locomotive fluids and miscellaneous materials from railcars. Use of the property by Sav-O-Supply included storage of various materials and various debris piles, consisting of barrels, cardboard, paint, tar cans, drums 55-gallon or large of primer, paint, stain, adhesive, tar, paint thinner, other naphtha-based solvents,unlabeled contents, building materials, various equipment ( electric motors, paint mixers, electric panels) etc.
