Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was agricultural and wooded land until the 1960s, when a commercial buldign was constructed. By the 1970s, this commercial building was razed and the northern portion of a commercial strip mall was constructed on the Property. The portion of the commerical strip mall was vacant from the 1970s until the 1990s, when it was occupied by a bakery distribution operation. By the early 2000s, the building was vacant again and remained vacant through early 2012.
