Additional Property Attributes

Although vacant at the time of the assessment, a previous Phase I ESA completed for the property by a private party identified that a dry cleaning facility had previously operated on the property. All of the soil and groundwater samples taken under the Phase II met the applicable standards. Private redevelopment of the property with construction of a retail store is planned.

Former Use: The property is currently vacant. The property was formerly occupied by the following uses: a greenhouse, residential, commercial and offices, and a dry cleaner. The property was previously owned by various individual owners.
