Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is currently vacant land. The western portion is vegetated and the eastern portion is paved with asphalt. The western portion was developed with a two story structure with a basement in 1926. The first floor and a portion of the second floor were used for commmercial businesses and the remainder of the second floor was used for apartment space. Numerous businesses occupied the building including a drug store, grocery store, music store, dentist office, beauty salon, and awning distributor. The building was vacated in 2003 and demolished in 2005. A gas station operated on the eastern portion of the property from 1940 to 1960. Three underground storage tanks (USTs) were located in the eastern portion of the property. No information was available to indicate removal or closure of the USTs.
