Additional Property Attributes

The City of Arlington is acquiring the vacant parcel as part of its Community Center project. City of Arlington is working to acquire entire block with properties contiguous to the Former Arlington School to improve the Community Center development by preventing non-compatiable redevelopment of adjacent sites.

Former Use: The property consists of a 0.44-acre undeveloped lot located in a predominately residential and agricultural area of the community. The property was formerly part of a residential homestead.
