Additional Property Attributes

Property consists of two parcels. Based on Phase I ESA completed in June/July 2012 per ASTM E1527-05, RECs have been identified based on current and historical land uses. Historical uses have included auto repair and salvage yards. Current REC is related to surface impacts noted on active parcel of the subject site currently occupied by American Hydraulics.

Former Use: North half of site is currently undeveloped/vacant. The south half is developed with an auto repair facilty currently occupied by American Hydraulics. Historcial use of the north parcel included an auto salvage facility. The south parcel was previously an auto repair facility. Metal (arsenic, lead and cadmium)contaminated soil was detected during August 2014 testing and benzene and cadmium exceeded leachability based cleanup target levels in two soil samples. Groundwater was assessed at two locations on October 12, 2015 and analyzed for metals (cadmium, arsenic), TSS, PAH and BTEX and all analytes were reported below lab detection limits except TSS which does not have a GCTL.
