Property Highlights

Site was part of the General Electric (GE) facility in Rutland, Vermont. The building was used to X-Ray airfoil blades for jet engines until the 1990s. The GE facility is still in operatin on an adjacent property. The property has been used for plumbing and auto-repair businesses since the mid-2000s, however, only 30 of the building is currently being occupied. In addition to its location along two major arterials, the property has municipal sewer and water and direct rail access. Potential contamination results from past GE uses and a fuel oil spill in 2008.
