Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of the former Havana (Northside) High School. The buildings and property is currently vacant and fenced to prevent vandalism and/or unauthorized use. According to the Gadsden County School Board, the high school operated from 1962 to 2003. The current owner of the property is the Havana Community Development Corporation Inc. The CDC is a non-profit organization who redevelop the campus into a community/health center.
