Property Highlights

Former shade tobacco packing house which was predominate industry of Gadsden County until mid 1970's. Has had various uses since then including storage of x-ray film and equipment.The site is currently operating as a "t-shirt" design and distribution business. The business employs approximately 25 personnel.

Former Use: The facility was constructed as a warehouse for tabacco handling/storage activities in the mid-1930's. The most recent use of the facility was for storage of medical equipment, including x-ray diagnostic machinery. Propety was for sale. Phase I ESA assisted in the property transaction to a local t-shirt screening firm looking to expand its existing business and keep jobs locally.
