Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site consists of approximately 1.3 acres with a single story office building and metal warehouse and shop building located at 1925 West 7th Street in Texarkana, Texas. Reliance Plumbing Group has operated at the site since the early 2000s. Historical information indicates the site and surrounding area were developed as a mixture of commercial and residential development sometime prior to 1940. The site appears to have been originally developed as residences. The site was then occupied by a restaurant beginning in the late 1940s, followed by a heating and air contractor in the 1960s, a home improvement store in the 1970s, and an electrical supply store in the 1980s. The site was occupied by a utility construction company until the early 2000s when Reliance Plumbing Group began operating at the site.
