Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site consists of approximately 0.2 acres of vacant land surrounded by a chain-link fence located at 721 Milam Street in Texarkana, Texas. The site adjoins a tract located adjacent-south which contains a 1,700 square-foot metal garage building. The site and adjoining tract are leased to a lawn care company for equipment and supply storage. Historical information indicates the site was developed as a residence in the early 1920s and remained a residence until sometime after 1987. The on-site residence was removed and the site appears to have remained vacant since sometime prior to 2001.
