Additional Property Attributes

RECs identified include past uses as a gas station with associated gasoline tanks, historical lumber yard and wood working shop, and an unknown first developed use of the site. Also included as RECs are the unknown uses of a manhole cover and valve that may potentially be or have been part a wastewater system, along with the close proximity to adjacent leaking petroleum storage tank (LPST) properties and a historical service station facility. The ground penetrating radar (GPR) / geophysical survey did not indicate a subsurface underground storage tank (UST). However, a gasoline fill port was located in the area of a former UST location was found. A limited trenching program & UST removal has been authorized. The TCEQ is awaiting the field activity results.
