Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The southern portion of the Site has a building (former dwelling), a shed, and a paved parking lot and it is occupied by a carpet retailer/installer. The northern portion of the Site is undeveloped. The Site was developed for residential use at least as early as the late-1920s. The Site was not identified in any of the regulatory agency databases that were searched. A LUST is associated with the adjacent property to the east (the existing City-owned property and former Caltrans maintenance facility). Soil reportedly was the only media impacted at the LUST property and the COPCs associated with the LUST reportedly were non-volatile petroleum hydrocarbons. Because the regulatory agency status for the LUST property is case-closed, it does not appear likely that soil or groundwater beneath the Site has been impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons from the LUST property. No RECs were identified.
