Additional Property Attributes

Newburyport has formally identified the Fulton Gravel Pit property as the future location of a senior center facility. It is strategically located within a residential neighborhood within close proximity to both open space and the city's central business district. A documented plan for the senior center has been developed and presented to the city, as it is a major component of the city's Master Plan. (PPF - Fulton Gravel Pit, 2/4/05)
