Additional Property Attributes

Brockton wants to use the Ralsco property for municipal use for one or two options. First, we want to retain at least a part as open space (part of the Salisbury Brook Greenway) and, second, possibly to develop a municipal storage facility. That facility would open the way for Brockton to redevelop the large and valuable Corcoran Supply Building which is currently vastly underutilized in this storage capacity and has tremendous potential for a private use due to its prime downtown location.
