Additional Property Attributes

Based on Phase I ESA completed in August 2012, no RECs were found related to the subject site other than asbestos-containing materials (ACM) with portions of the on-site structures. These materials will be properly handled/removed as part of the anticipated demolition. No additional assessment has been recommended other than the required air sampling performed as part of asbestos abatement. The Phase I ESA was amended in October 2012 to include the results of a geophysical investigation that found no underground tank or other features that would warrant additional investigation. Small areas of shallow debris were noted, but will likely be addressed as part of the anticipated demolition.
