Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: WS Richardson Survey, Abstract 747, Tract 5 and S McFarland Survey, Abstract No. 558, Tract 1 currently has an existing 200,000 square foot cotton textile mill and associated buildings located on the subject property that were constructed circa 1909. In addition, a railroad spur is located on-site that was active until around 1970. There is also a water well located at 610 Elm St. The facility was initially used for textile processing until 1969, after which it was used as a furniture factory from 1970 to the late 1990s.
