Additional Property Attributes

This property is currently a former permitted sanitary landfill facility. The Phase I study for this facility recommended the completion of a redevelopment feasibility study for the property. The City of Lake Worth is currently evaluating the redevelopment potential of this property. (PPF attached to QR 4, 7/1/04-9/30/04)
