Additional Property Attributes

A subsurface investigation is needed to evaluate if the site has been impacted by the former gasoline station including onsite ASTs, dispensing island, and associated underground piping. The current owner chose not to proceed with the recommended Phase II activities to examine the potential impact of the former gas station.

Former Use: The site is approximately 1.4 acres and is developed with a former Convenience Store and Gas Station, a playground, and an aboveground storage tank (AST) containment structure. The remainder of the site is grass-covered land. The onsite structures are vacant and unoccupied. Prior to development, the site has been vacant land. UMB Bank purchased the property from Ronald Jackson in January 2012. The Phase I assessment, completed in October 2012, recommended a subsurface investigation to evaluate if the site had been impacted by the former gasoline station including onsite ASTs, dispensing island, and the associated underground piping.
