Former Use: The site is approximately 0.3 acres of developed land and is developed with the Cole Camp City Hall which contains offices, storage rooms, a police station, and a former gymnasium with a stage. The site building consists of two stories, and a basement, approximately 5,476-square feet in size. The site also includes a 75� by 55� parking lot. Based on a review of the historical information, the site was previously vacant land from the late 1800s until developed in the 1920s or 1930s as a school gym/theater. The Cole Camp Building Association bought the building in 1967 and maintained ownership as a Masonic Lodge until 1993 when the City of Cole Camp bought the building for its current use as City Hall and a police station. The Phase I assessment indicated no recognized environmental conditions.
