Former Use: The property operated as South Park Manor, a nursing home and rehabilitation center, from 1964-1993. The 2.29-acre subject property contains three single-story buildings. The construction date of the �H� building, consisting of 20,646 ft2, is 1963. The exact construction date for the �E� building, consisting of 19,506 ft2, and the smaller laundry/maintenance building are unknown; however, they were built between 1967 and 1979, according to historical aerial photographs. The property is currently vacant and owned by Corpus Christi Metro Ministries.
